Practical read: the mold and setup fees are fixed no matter how many pairs you order, so they hurt small runs and vanish on large ones. A $30 grip mold across 50 pairs is 60 cents a pair; across 5,000 it’s under a cent. If you’re serious about a design, order enough to bury the setup cost.
Sampling and production lead times
